21!!! is a age that comes with a lot of meaning, once you turn 18 becoming 21 is the birthday you look forward to for the next three years. This is a big deal to pretty much everybody, you have a feeling of independence, being totally legal and just gives you a reason to wild out a little bit. So of course since brook was FINALLY turning 21
